Procedure For Returning Products:
- Contact SS Choice, LLC’s (SS Choice) Customer Service Department, at 877-771-5196, for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (“RMA”) for “qualified” products. All returns must have a RMA.
- RMA must identify (1) the RMA number (#) on the outside of the box, (2) contain a list of products for the RMA, and (3) name of the account to be credited.
- “Additional Products” included with the RMA will not be issued credit.

- SS Choice shall not pay shipping costs for the return of product. If product is found defective, reimbursement for shipping charges will be issued in the form of a credit. All freight returned to SS Choice shall be by “ground” (only), no exceptions. Defective product must have RMA and be received before applicable credit is issued.
Product May Be Eligible For Credit If:
- Product is in the original container and found to be defective by SS Choice’s Quality Assurance.
- “Partials” are not acceptable unless they are determined defective by SS Choice’s Quality Assurance.
- Product is not more than six (6) months past purchase date.
- Items shipped in error (accompanied by a signed bill of lading) and reported to Customer Service (877-771-5196) within ninety-six (96) hours of receipt.
- Claims for concealed damage or damaged in shipment must be filed with the Freight Carrier, not SS Choice, within four (4) days of receipt. Within 48 hours after submitting Freight Carrier claim, notify SS Choice Customer Service (877-771-5196).
- Procedure to return damaged product, shipped by Freight Carrier, must be authorized by SS Choice Customer Service and a RMA is required. If necessary, the Customer Service representative will give special packaging instructions.
Products That Are Non-Returnable:
- Product that is more than six (6) months past its purchase date from SS Choice.
- Product not purchased direct from SS Choice.
- Product returned without approved “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA).
- Free Goods (Samples) and merchandise sold on a non-returnable basis or marked as non-returnable.
- “Partials”, unless determined by SS Choice to be defective.
- Overstock items will be subject to a 40% Restocking Fee and shipping costs will not be issued credit.
- Product denied by Customs- domestic or international.
- Credit will not be issued for products damaged by fire, smoke, heat, improper handling, storage shipping, damaged at a customer warehouse or store level, or product with broken seals, opened, soiled, disfigured, or consumed.
Transportation:
- Prepaid by customer, unless shipped in error by SS Choice. SS Choice will refuse returned product shipped “collect.”
- SS Choice will not credit tracking charges or additional shipping charges.
Credit for Product:
- Based on applicability, it is SS Choice’s decision to issue credit for product returned.
- Product returned in unopened, original containers, up to six (6) months of purchase date, in accordance with and subject to the other terms and conditions set forth in the SS Choice “Return Goods Policy” will be credited at the lesser of: acquisition cost (contract price), net price paid or current price, and will be subject to a 40% Restocking Fee.
- Product purchased on a non-direct basis cannot be returned to SS Choice and SS Choice will not be issue credit.
- Product purchased direct from SS Choice will receive a credit from SS Choice within 60 days after the return, with RMA, is received.
- No cash payouts for returns will be made; credit only.
- Unopened and unused product is subject to a 40% Restocking Fee.
- Unopened and unused product will not be issued credit for freight costs.
- Defective product will be issued credit for shipping charges.
Disclaimer:
- Product received that does not meet the guidelines of the SS Choice “Return Goods Policy” will not be returned and no credit will be issued.
- SS Choice reserves the right to refuse return claim(s) in excess of one percent (1%) of a customer’s annual (12 months) purchases.
- SS Choice reserves the right to require proof of purchase prior to issuing credit, if necessary.
- The SS Choice “Return Goods Policy” may be changed to a “Return Goods Allowance”, for direct accounts only, by mutual agreement and the terms and conditions are pre-approved by SS Choice.
