After registering your account profile online, you will need to print out the below forms and submit them via fax to 1-817-421-6262 or scan and e-mail to Accounting@No7ECigs.com. Once you have registered your online profile and we have received your application documents our accounting department will activate your account. Based on your projected order volume, your account will be placed on a pricing tier that will allow you to submit your orders online for processing. Please see below for the application forms you will need to complete and send back before we can activate your account for online ordering. Once your account is activated you will need to send payment information along with your order if you are not using COD as a payment method.
